On the Internet, if your child is at least 13 years old on the 1st day of skiing, he or she will benefit from the Junior rate, whatever the duration of the ski pass.
In cash, if this birthday is before or on the 1st day of skiing, the young person will benefit from the junior pass (1 to 4-day passes) or adult pass for minimum 5-day passes.
In all cases, children whose 13th birthday is after the date of the 1st day of skiing of their package are eligible for the child rate.
Children's packages are available from age 5.
Only children under 5 years of age at the time of their stay are entitled to a free ski pass, regardless of the type of activity. If you're a skier: you benefit from a special Grand Senior ski pass. This pass is available at our points of sale, on our website and on our automatic purchase terminals.
If you're a pedestrian: show your ID at the sales point and you'll receive a free pedestrian pass. It is compulsory for lift access.
At the time of purchase, you pay the price of the morning ski pass and its deposit.
The morning ski pass is valid for the selected validity date, from the opening of the lifts until 12:30 p.m.
On the day of validity of the pass, you must arrive before 1p.m at one of the lifts sales points, with the ski pass and sales receipt (or order confirmation) for a refund of the deposit.
If you don't return before 1pm to get your deposit refunded, you can continue to use your ski pass in the ski area for the rest of the day. In this case, no refund will be made.
Please note that morning passes and 1-day passes are two different products. If you only want to ski in the morning, you need to buy a morning pass. If you buy a 1-day pass, no deposit will be refunded on this product, even if you return to the cashier before 1pm.
This system, whose constraints we understand, has been set up because there are no lifts pass control terminals on all the lifts, particularly on the glacier, due to major technical problems. It would be easy to ski all day long with a morning pass if it weren't for the deposit system, which encourages people to leave the ski area at the right time.
Day, stay or season lifts passes are never transferable. The same lifts pass cannot be used by different people.
Owners of second homes in Les 2 Alpes are entitled to certain benefits, provided they are members of the Owner's Club run by the Tourist Office, and depending on how the program works.

In summer, we offer a 4-hour MTB pass. There's no date on the pass, and the 4 hours start from the 1st pass at a lift terminal. It is valid only for the current season.
In spring or autumn, there is no 4-hour MTB pass. Only 1-day MTB pass are available.
At the cash desk: you can pay with Chèques Vacances in paper format only.

Payment by Chèques Vacances is not possible at the automatic terminals.

Some lift passes offer preferential rates. They are only available upon presentation of the supporting documents to a sales hostess or host. They cannot be purchased over the Internet.
Purchases from tablets and automatic kiosks are treated as Internet sales, so legaly we have to send you your payment confirmation and order confirmation by e-mail. On some machines, you can also obtain a copy of these items on a paper receipt.
Winter lifts passes sales generally open at the beginning of July for the season passes and current/end of July for the other durations.

At the cash desk: multiple lifts passes cannot be purchased on the same card. The last purchase will overwrite any previously purchased/encoded lifts passes.

If you have a lifts pass purchased at the cash desk: you can order a lifts pass for a date later than the end of validity of the lifts pass already encoded.
If you have a lifts pass already ordered online: you can reorder a lifts pass for a date before or after the a lifts pass already ordered, as long as the dates do not overlap.
Please note:
if you have a Liberté ski pass (non-consecutive days) or a 1-lift access pass, you will not be able to recharge a pass until the day after it expires.
if your lift pass comes from another resort, make sure you don't have a valid lift pass already encoded. A purchase at the cash desk will systematically overwrite this pass, while a pass bought on the Internet will not pass through the control terminals.
it is not possible to buy lifts passes on a season pass: if bought at the cash desk, the season pass will be overwritten, if bought on the Internet, the new pass will not be activated.
Exception: in spring and summer, you can add toboggan runs on your valid lifts pass.

You must go to the lifts pass sales point with the proof of purchase of the lost pass (or internet order confirmation) and your ID. A new lifts pass (duplicate) can be issued on site, subject to a €5 reissue fees. The lost lifts pass will be blocked when the new lift pass is issued.
At Les 2 Alpes, dogs are only allowed on lifts with enclosed cabins (gondolas, cabins of hybrid lifts, inclined elevators and funiculars) and on pedestrian itineraries. Dogs must be kept on a leash, and their owners are responsible for picking up after their pets.

In spring, Jandri 3,200 experience is only available in the morning. The lifts close at 1:30 p.m. in the first period, and 2 p.m. in the second.
To get to Jandri 3,200 and above, we recommend that you bring warm clothing and good footwear. You'll be arriving in (or near) a snow-covered area, temperatures can be negative even in midsummer, and the high-altitude area is often windy, which can make it feel even colder. Don't hesitate to check the weather forecast here on the morning of each altitude climb.
Jandri 3200 usually closes early.
In winter and summer, the last descent on the Jandri cable car is around 4:00 pm from 3,200 m.
In spring, the last descent by the Jandri cable car is at 1:20 pm from 3,200 m in the first period and 1:50 pm in the second, and 3:45 pm on weekends in June.

The ice cave is located at an altitude of 3,400m, accessed via Jandri 1 and 2, then the inclined elevator and funicular. Access is straightforward, but the path leads through snow in winter and summer alike, so suitable footwear is essential.

You can help them by giving them some snack and drink.
