The reloadable card is the support used to hold your skipass.
It is necessary, compulsory and available for 2€ (except for pedestrian access and activities)
→ Recharge from the comfort of your own home up to 10 minutes before your first trip to the lift terminals.
→ Avoid queuing at the checkout: once your order has been validated, go straight to the lifts without going through the checkout again.
→ Use the same card in several resorts: a large proportion of French resorts use the same system as Les 2 Alpes. So you can use the same rechargeable cards in all these resorts, whether it's Les 2 Alpes or these other resorts.
→ Buy safely with secure payment.
You want to order several days, but you don't have a rechargeable card. The site offers you the possibility of purchasing a card for each day of skiing selected.
Our tip for not having to buy cards for every day:
1/ Place a first order with a day's collection from kiosks or home delivery
2/ Contact our Customer Service department on 04 76 79 75 01 during opening hours with your order confirmation number.
3/ We will process your order as soon as possible and you will receive the allocated card numbers.
4/Put in your next orders, indicating that you have cards, and you'll be able to recharge on the same cards.
Please note that if you decide not to wait to contact us in order to take advantage of a special offer and purchase cards for all the days purchased, the reload cards will not be reimbursed.

Go to our online sales site, select your products and options, and validate your basket.
Already have a card? Tick the box to indicate that you have a rechargeable card, and your card will be recharged after payment, so you can go straight to the Les 2 Alpes ski lifts on the day of validity.
Don't have a card? Uncheck the card reload box. A 2€ card will be added to your order, and you'll be able to choose the delivery method in the next step. Once you've collected your card, you can go straight to the Les 2 Alpes lifts on the day it's valid.
You can choose to pick up your order at the Les 2 Alpes resort. Pick-ups are made from pick-up points available at our sales outlets or near certain ski lifts. When choosing your delivery option, go to the "Pick-up kiosk" tab and locate the terminal closest to your vacation destination:
→ at the Jandri sales point
→ at Le Diable sales outlet
→ outdoor kiosk at Petite Aiguille
→ outdoor kiosk at Point I in Mont-de-Lans
→ external kiosk at Venosc gondola (top and bottom) and Super Venosc telemix,
You can choose to have your package order delivered directly to your home. To do so, select home delivery in the choice of delivery information.
Orders are sent by regular mail:
Metropolitan France, orders must be placed no later than 7 days before the 1st day of the package.
DOM-TOM and abroad, orders must be placed no later than 10 days before the 1st day of the package.
