2 to 10-day packages
Free cancellation up to D-7, you can cancel your ski pass for a period of 2 to 10 consecutive days and obtain a full refund at no cost and without justification. Your request must be made 7 days before the start date of the pass' validity.
Cancellation guarantee 5€ - until D-1
You can opt for the Cancellation Guarantee at €5 per ski pass to cancel your order between D-6 and D-1. Your request must be made up to the day before the start date of the pass' validity.
In the event of a pandemic
When a pandemic is officially declared, additional conditions may give rise to reimbursements:
Free cancellation up to D-day in the event of a pandemic only
You can obtain a full refund free of charge in special cases involving health measures imposed by the authorities:
French government closes borders
Closure of borders by the government of the customer's country of origin or by a transit country
Ban on non-essential travel by the government of the customer's home country
Cancellation of flights due to a pandemic (proof required: letter or email from the airline)
Closure of airports/railways in France or country of origin
Limitation on the number of kilometers you can travel around your home
Quarantine or quatorzaine (or any other period of confinement) imposed by France or the country of origin
Customer tested positive for pandemic virus within 7 days of arrival (medical certificate)
Pandemic-related closure of the resort and/or ski lifts
Season packages
In the event of total closure without opening of the ski area during the winter season, we offer a refund or renewal of the Winter Season Skipass.
If closed during the season :
Less than 30 days of closure :no refund
closed between 30 and 59 days 15% refund or credit note
closed between 60 and 89 days 30% refund or credit note
closed between 90 and 119 days 45% refund or credit note
closed between 120 and 149 days 60% refund or credit note
Refunds for season passes will be processed at the end of the season only, according to the actual opening weeks. No refunds will be made before the end of the season in which the ski area is closed, after the official closing date of the ski area.
If any of the above applies to you, you must submit your claim to SATA 2 Alpesvia our form available here. You must provide all the required supporting documents:
Ski-card holder (skipass)
Proof of sale or order confirmation
Proof of cancellation between D-6 and D-1, if applicable, in accordance with the above conditions

The ticket will be reimbursed in full no later thanwithin 3 months of receipt of all supporting documents.
