Suitable for the whole family !
The 2 Alpes glacier, a high-altitude ski area situated between 3,200m and 3,600m, has long been the meeting point for amateur and professional skiers and snowboarders during the summer season. From June to August, ski-clubs, national teams and federations from all over the world would gather here for their summer training sessions.
Since 2021, due to climate change and the lack of snow regularly encountered in the summer, we have shifted our high-altitude skiing offer from May to early July, thus offering a high-quality high-altitude area that meets the expectations of our professional clientele.
During the summer holidays, the high-altitude ski area is closed to skiing, but remains open to pedestrians for the exceptional Destination 3400 trail, which takes you on a discovery tour of the peaks of the Alps.
Even without summer skiing, Les 2 Alpes retains all its dynamism as a summer resort, with a full MTB and pedestrian offer, and a range of activities to delight young and old alike.
As for skiing, we'll be back at the end of November for the official launch of the ski season in Les 2 Alpes!
