There are 3 types of baptism:

> Les 2 Alpes ou l'Alpe d'Huez : 8 minutes
> Le massif des Grandes Rousses : 12 minutes
> L'Oisans et les Écrins : 16 minutes

Validity & info

• December 20, 2025 to April 10, 2026

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Departure from the Belle Étoile helipad at 9 a.m., access via the Belle Étoile Télémixte or the Village 1800 chairlift on the first ascents.

• Flights for groups of 5 people, except for the last flight (4 people).

Please note that if you are traveling in a group, you may not be together on the flight.

• Bring a valid ticket for access to the Belle Étoile sector.

• Return from 3:30 p.m

Possibility of organizing private flights on dates other than those proposed. If less than 5 people, the total price of the service corresponds to the price of the flight.

As a reminder, for ski passes of 6 consecutive days or more, access to Alpe d'Huez is included in your ski pass from December 20 until the resorts close.

Connections are suspended during Tomorrowland week (March 21-27, 2026), but private connections can be organized.

What you need to know

• Priority is always given to rescue.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Put phone in airplane mode

• Do not use a pole to take pictures

• Videos are not allowed on the front of the aircraft, as the pilot must not be disturbed

• Stay in the safety zone until a crew member asks you to approach (straight and direct)

• Don't run

• Never open the door yourself

• Don't lift your arms, don't carry children on your shoulders, take off your backpacks

• Keep all objects likely to fly away (such as scarves, sunglasses, caps, etc.) safe, preferably in your backpack

• Be careful with the surfboard, it can easily be blown away by the helicopter and cause damage

• Keep your seat belt fastened for the duration of the flight

• No eating in the helicopter

• No drunk boarding

Alpe d'Huez transfer cancellation policy

• If unable to fly for weather reasons: full refund or rescheduling on another flight subject to availability

• If you cancel at least 48 hours before departure: full refund

• With medical certificate: full refund

• If the outward flight is made but the return flight cannot be made due to weather conditions, the return will be made by cab or bus, but no refund will be possible

• If you are late and miss your flight: no refund possible

• Persons intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol not allowed on board: no refund possible
