2 to 15 multi-day passes
Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before the first day of skiing, You can cancel your 2 to 15 consecutive day ski passes and obtain a full refund free of charge and without justification. Your request must be made 7 days before the first day of the ski pass validity.
Cancellation Guarantee 5€ - until 1 day before the first day of skiing
You can purchase the Cancellation Guarantee at 5€ per package to cancel your order from 1 to 6 days before arrival. Your request must be made at least one day before the first day of the ski pass validity.
In the event of a pandemic
When a pandemic is officially declared, there are additional conditions that may give rise to a refund:

In the event of a total closure where the ski area does not open during the winter season, we offer a refund or renewal of the Winter Season Skipass.
In case of closure during the season:
Refunds for season passes and 20-day liberty passes will be processed at the end of the season only, according to the final number of opening weeks. No refunds will be processed before the official date of the end of the season concerned by the ski area closures.

The lift pass will be reimbursed in full within 3 months of receipt of all supporting documents.
