Cancellation and Refund Conditions


1. Cancellation conditions

 

2 to 10 multi-day passes

Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before the first day of skiing, You can cancel your 2 to 10 consecutive day ski passes and obtain a full refund free of charge and without justification. Your request must be made 7 days before the first day of the ski pass validity.
 
Cancellation Guarantee 5€ - until 1 day before the first day of skiing
You can purchase the Cancellation Guarantee at 5€ per package to cancel your order from 1 to 6 days before arrival. Your request must be made at least one day before the first day of the ski pass validity.

 

 

In the event of a pandemic

When a pandemic is officially declared, there are additional conditions that may give rise to a refund:

  • Cancellation free of charge up to and including the first day of ski pass validity, in the case of a pandemic only

You can get a full refund free of charge in special cases where health measures are imposed by the authorities:

  • Closure of borders by the French government
  • Border closures by the government of the customer's country of origin or by a transit country
  • Ban on non-essential travel by the government of the customer's country of origin
  • Cancellation of flights due to a pandemic (proof to be presented: letter or email from the airline)
  • Closure of airports/train stations in France or in the country of origin
  • Limitation of travel around your home in terms of kilometres
  • Quarantine or fourteen day isolation (or any other period of confinement) imposed by France or the country of origin
  • Customer tested positive for the virus concerned by the pandemic within 7 days of arrival (medical certificate required)
  • Closure of the resort and/or ski lifts due to a pandemic

 

  • Season passes

In the event of a total closure where the ski area does not open during the winter season, we offer a refund or renewal of the Winter Season Skipass.

In case of closure during the season:

  • Less than 30 days closed: no refund
  • closed between 30 and 59 days: 15% refund or credit note of your choice.
  • closed between 60 and 89 days: 30% refund or credit note of your choice.
  • closed between 90 and 119 days: 45% refund or credit note of your choice.
  • closed between 120 and 149 days: 60% refund or credit note of your choice.

Refunds for season passes passes will be processed at the end of the season only, according to the final number of opening weeks. No refunds will be processed before the official date of the end of the season concerned by the ski area closures.

 

2. Refund procedure

If you find yourself in one of the cases mentioned above, you must make your request for a refund to SATA 2 Alpes via the "A team at your service" section on the www.skipass-2alpes.com website. You must provide all the required documents:

  • Ski pass support (skipass)
  • Proof of sale or order confirmation
  • Proof of cancellation from 1 to 6 days before first day of skipass validity, if applicable, according to the cases mentioned above
  • BANK DETAILS

The lift pass will be reimbursed in full within 3 months of receipt of all supporting documents.
